REDO Milano – Merezzate

REDO Milano, located in the Merezzate district, is the first social housing project to adopt the Project 10,000 model, developed by MAB arquitectura in collaboration with Beretta Associati. It is an important part of the urban regeneration process of the Rogoredo-Santa Giulia district, as well as the Santa Giulia Masterplan, Sky Italia and Spark headquarters.

The main feature of the architectural concept is the definition of relational spaces, both indoor and outdoor, which enhance the social and collaborative aspect of the co-living model. An innovative typological research on housing is based on two fundamental principles: optimisation and flexibility of living spaces.
