Via Moneta Milano

Via Moneta Milano
Located in the Affori district, Moneta Milano is one of the most extensive social housing interventions in Italy. The project includes a wide range of open spaces and communal areas, as well as a communal living area made up of thirty apartments for young adults, temporary cluster residences and co-housing options.
Data

The role of the open spaces is central, providing the new link between Via Moneta and Parco Litta through a series of public and green spaces that support the residential area. These open spaces meet in the central square, which is the heart of social life and the link between the new residential area and the park.

The buildings are characterised by a volumetric articulation derived from the combination of line and tower. The design of the facades finds a continuous reference in the chromatic and material register of the street furniture and the public space.
