The Vigentino Court

The court of Vigentino
The courtyard is the core of the project, the intimate, silent and richly vegetated space typical of Milanese residential architecture. This space has been designed to have balanced proportions between plan dimensions and internal facades. Placed on the ground floor platform, the residential volumes are developed with different heights around the central space.
Data

The ground floor garden and the wide terraces of each flat are the main elements of this intervention. Spaces where living can be extended beyond the domestic walls to enjoy greenery and open-air spaces in all seasons of the year. The tall trees and shrubs in the perimeter garden recreate the contact with nature so essential for contemporary living.

The project aims to obtain maximum efficiency in terms of the construction process and at the same time to develop a unique, elegant and identifiable architectural language.
The façade concept is based on the modularity of the rhythm of the vertical elements that compose the external layout of the large continuous balconies.
