The objectives of the masterplan are focused on the creation of a new urbanity in an area to be redeveloped in harmony with the surrounding context. The project includes the construction of a new residential complex integrated with the nearby San Felice district, the enhancement of green areas and pedestrian routes, and the creation of gathering spaces and functions compatible with housing.

The masterplan consists of a series of in-line buildings with a curvilinear layout that defines pedestrian spaces with green areas and children’s playgrounds. The aim is to create a human-scale, car-free environment in the open courtyards at the heart of the blocks.
