The development principle of the Green Oasis masterplan focuses on the integration of the built and natural environment. The volumes of the villas are designed along the central path with an alternation of detached, semi-detached houses, together with apartment buildings developed on three levels.

The issue of the industrialisation of wood is at the heart of the architectural design, with a principle of modularity structuring the aggregation. The systems of clustered villas, consisting of three to five units, are arranged to follow the layout of the pathways, creating a dynamic landscape.

The landscape project was conceived to enhance the urban regeneration of an area of Basiglio that had long been neglected. The approach is to improve the existing area through small interventions in order to revive the Roggia Speziana. The project concept includes a succession of natural spaces, characterised by distinctive botanical elements.
