The competition offered the opportunity to redevelop a vast abandoned industrial area, strategically located between the two consolidated centres of Turin and Settimo Torinese. In the project’s masterplan, the theme of the boulevard plays a central role in defining the new urban identity, a balanced synthesis of public, mixed and dense functions.
